# Enable high resolution images in exports

## Overview: high resolution images in exports

The high resolution image setting in Company Profile exports reports with full-quality images by disabling automatic image compression, which is used when photo quality matters for handover or QA documentation.

It requires company role **Admin**.

* Your role must be **Company Admin**.
* You can find the menu at profile icon - **Company Profile** - **Report Settings**.
* This changes image quality and file size for all exports across the company account.

|| This setting affects all users and all exports on the company account. It increases storage use and can slow the platform.

## How to enable high resolution images

1. Click your **profile icon** in the top right.
2. Select **Company Profile**.
3. Open **Report Settings**.
4. Enable **Use high resolution images (High storage and slow)**.
5. Save your changes.

* Existing exports are unchanged until you export again

## Troubleshooting: high resolution images

| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Setting is not visible | Your company role is not Admin | Ask a **Company Admin** to enable the setting, or to grant Admin access |
| Images still look low quality | Export was created before the setting, or cache | Re-export the report after enabling the setting |
| Platform feels slower | High resolution processing increases load | Expected. Disable the setting if performance is unacceptable |
