# Export all punchlist items and tasks across all projects at once

## Overview

**How do I export all punchlist items and tasks from multiple projects into one report?**

You can generate a single consolidated file with all punchlist items and tasks across projects directly from the **Project Log** in CxPlanner. This is often used for weekly reporting, stakeholder overviews, or bulk documentation exports.

|| You must have access to the **Project Log** to run this export.

|| If you can’t see the export option, your project role may not include export permissions.

## When and why to use this

Use a global export when:
* You need a **weekly or monthly status report**
* You must share a **complete cross-project overview** with stakeholders
* You are preparing **project documentation**
* You need a **bulk export** for Excel processing

Important to know:
* The export only includes **projects you have access to**
* Active **filters in Project Log** affect the export result
* The function is only available in **Project Log** - not inside individual projects

### Step-by-step: Export punchlist & tasks (all projects)
1. Open **Project Log** from the main navigation.
2. Click the **gear icon (⚙)** in the top-right corner.
3. Select **“Export punchlist & tasks.”**
