## Overview: find and perform checklists

These video guides show how to locate assigned checklists and complete line items (checklist items) on desktop and on mobile, which is used when you need a quick walkthrough before working on site or at your desk.

This page is a video tutorial only, covering how contractors find and complete checklist items in the System & Test view, including Pass/Fail/N/A responses and punch list follow-up.
* Your role must allow access to the checklists assigned to you.
* You can find checklists in the project under **System & Test view** (desktop) or in the mobile app checklist views.
* This does not change project settings. It shows how to open and complete checklists.

## Troubleshooting: find and perform checklists videos

| Problem | Cause | Solution |
| ---- |
| Video does not play | Network or browser blocks the Loom embed | Try another browser, allow Loom content, or follow the contractor getting-started guide |
| No checklists appear | Nothing is assigned to you, or your role cannot see them | Ask a project **Manager** to assign the checklist, or confirm your project role |
| Desktop and mobile look different | The two videos cover separate interfaces | Use the desktop video for browser work and the mobile video for the app |
