# Let everyone in your company edit templates

Template permissions in **Company agreement** control which company users can edit templates in the Template Center, letting you move editing rights from a small admin group to every user in the company - useful when a commissioning team wants any team member to update a checklist template as scopes change, instead of routing every edit through a single Admin. 

|| Only users with the company role **Admin** can open company agreement settings and change template permissions.

## Let everyone in your company edit templates

1. Click your **profile icon**.
2. Select **Company agreement** from the menu.
3. Open **Template permissions**.
4. Choose the setting that lets every company user edit templates, then save your change.

## Who gets template edit rights once this is turned on

| Setting | Who can edit templates |
| ---- |
| Admin only (default) | Only company-level Admins |
| Moderator and above | Admins and Moderators |
| User and above | Every user in the company |
