# Manage Gantt Timeline / Schedule

## Overview: manage Gantt timeline / schedule

The Schedule module lets you manage and track project activities in one place, with detailed task information for progress monitoring and collaboration, which is used for planning, tracking, and sharing project activities.

For multiple Gantt instances, see [Add additional Gantt charts to a project](https://help.cxplanner.com/en-us/article/add-additional-gantt-charts-to-a-project-1cabu1c/). For baselines, see [Save and Use Schedule Baselines](https://help.cxplanner.com/en-us/article/save-and-use-schedule-baselines-15l2p1y/).

* Your role must be **Manager** or higher to edit the schedule.
* You can find the menu at **Schedule** module.
* This changes project planning, progress tracking, and PDF exports.

|| Only users with the project role **Manager** or higher can perform schedule edits.
