# View checklists assigned to you

## Overview: view checklists assigned to you

The **Assigned to you** section lists checklists connected to you personally, your company, or your user groups, which is used when you need a fast queue of tests and checklist work without searching every project.

* Your role can be any project role with checklist access.
* You can find the menu at **Dashboard** - **Assigned to you**, or inside a project - **Assigned to you**.
* This does not change assignments. It only shows checklists already linked to you, your company, or your groups.

|| All users can open this overview on the global dashboard and inside projects.

## How to view checklists assigned to you

1. Go to the **Dashboard** or open a specific **Project**.
2. Locate the **Assigned to you** section.
3. Use the filter options to select personally assigned, assigned to your company, or assigned to your user groups.
4. Open a checklist to work on it.

## Troubleshooting: Assigned to you

| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Checklist not showing under Assigned to you | You are not linked as user, company, or group | Ask a project **Manager** to check the Responsible assignment on the checklist |
| Filter hides all checklists | Wrong filter option is selected | Reset the filter or switch between personal, company, and user-group options |
| Cannot open the checklist | Your project role cannot access that checklist or folder | Ask a project **Admin** or **Manager** to grant access or raise your project role |
