Overview
How do I enable AI features on a project in CxPlanner?
CxPlanner includes built-in AI functionality (CxAI) that helps automate workflows, improve insights, and support decision-making across your project. If your company has access to CxAI, all AI features are automatically enabled for new projects. However, for older projects, AI must be enabled manually.

Use this feature when you need to activate or manage AI functionality in your project.
- When working in a new project - AI is enabled automatically

Key points:
- If your company has access to CxAI, all AI features are enabled by default in new projects
- Older projects (created before AI was introduced) require manual activation

How to - step by step
- Go to Project settings in the left sidebar
- Click on Project data
- Locate the section CxAI - less admin. more Cx
- Use the sliders to enable or disable the AI features
