Within your profile settings you can access the following settings:
In the Settings menu you can edit basic information about yourself, such as your name and email. It is also here that you can change your password.
There are some settings that you can't change yourself. For example, you cannot change your company role.
Change your password
To change your password, we require, as a security, that you insert your current password. Simply write your current and your new password and save.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long before it is valid.
If you company uses SSO (Single-sign-on) then you cannot change your password here.
Activated 2FA (Two Factor Authentication)
If you want additional security, you can activate 2FA. To use 2FA you need a mobile phone with an app that can be used for this, eg the app Authy.
Every time you log in, open this app and enter the 6 digit code which is available for 30 seconds.
If you company uses SSO (Single-sign-on) then you cannot enable 2FA here.
You should upload a small profile picture of yourself so that when you create new tasks or answering existing tasks, other users will be able to see it.
Changing your company
You can't change your company yourself.
To change your company you need to contact CxPlanner Support: Use the Chat-Support at the bottom right of the right or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
