Set up Procore integration with CxPlanner
Overview: Procore integration
CxPlanner is available as an embedded app in the Procore App Marketplace. After project matching, you can open CxPlanner inside Procore and optionally reuse Procore login credentials, which is used when owners or commissioning firms want both tools in one Procore project workspace.
It does not sync or overwrite project data by default.
- Your role must include a CxPlanner license and access to the Procore project.
- You can find the app at Procore - app dropdown - CxPlanner.
- This links the Procore project to a CxPlanner project for embedded access. It does not change existing workflows in either platform by default.
If you are the Procore project owner with a CxPlanner license, you can match the projects yourself. If a commissioning firm uses CxPlanner, that team performs matching from their side.
How to set up Procore integration
- The Procore project owner enables the CxPlanner embedded app from the Procore App Marketplace.
- Open the Procore project.
- Select CxPlanner from the app dropdown.
- Log in to CxPlanner.
- Select the relevant CxPlanner project and complete Project Matching.
