Advance use of prefix/choices in reports
In reports, it is possible to create specific choices that a user must respond to. This is especially useful if, for example, you need to update names and data in multiple places within a report.
When options are used, you can specify in advance where it applies, for example, "Customize the name of the project manager."
As indicated in the image below, you simply need to insert the text between two curly braces (remember to include spaces). So, if you want to include the project manager, it should look like this: {{ Project Manager }}.
When using this report on projects, you just need to click the yellow replace button, after which you can easily edit the text throughout the report:
