Create a file/folder structure template
Overview
A folder structure template makes it easy to standardize your folder and file setup in CxPlanner, so you can quickly create consistent projects without starting from scratch every time. This ensures a uniform organization and can save you a lot of time in the long run.

Setting up folder structure templates helps ensure consistency across your CxPlanner projects. Use this feature to save time and align teams on where to place files.

Guide - How to create a file/folder structure template
- Go to the Template Center
- Open “Folder structure”
- Click “Add template”
- Give your template a name
- Set up your folder structure

Behavior and results
Once a folder structure template is created:
- It becomes available when creating new projects.
- Templates can be edited or deleted at any time.
- The template does not contain any actual files—only the folder layout.
- Multiple templates can be stored for different project types or clients.

Troubleshooting
