Create and set Standard Views for Data Centers
Overview: data center standard views
Custom views in Asset Overview let you group and filter assets by fields such as PowerStream or DataHall, then save the layout as a private or public view for the project team.
Views change display only. They do not change asset data.
Any user can create views, but only users with the project role Manager or higher can share views.
- You can find the menu at Asset Overview - View Setting - Create View.
- This changes how assets are displayed for you or for all project users. It does not edit asset values.

Troubleshooting: data center views
Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
View is not displayed correctly | Grouping is missing or incomplete | Open View Setting and check each Add to group level |
Data is missing in the view | Active filters hide rows | Clear or adjust filters, then save the view again |
Others cannot see the view | View is saved as Private | Edit the view and set visibility to Public |
Inconsistent structure | Column values are inconsistent | Standardize values such as DataHall1 vs Data Hall 1, then regroup |
