Add a floorplan to a project

Adding floorplans to your project can be very helpful in locating where each individual task is being performed.

Add the floorplan

Open your project, access the 'Files' section in the sidebar on the left, and click on the 'Floorplans' file.



Next, click on the 'Upload Files' button and add the desired floor plans to your project.

Please note that all floorplans must be downloaded as PDFs in order to be uploaded.



Once you have selected the floorplans you wish to add to your project, it should look like this.
Note that you can easily edit the name of the floorplans by simply clicking on the file name and changing it to the desired name.



When the floor plan has been uploaded, it needs to be added to the project – this can be done in two ways. The quickest method is to right-click on the floor plan and select 'Add as floorplan.' The second method is explained in the next section.

Link the floorplan to the project

Once your floorplans are uploaded, they need to be activated and added to the project. To do this, click on 'Add Floorplan' in the left sidebar. Then, click on 'Floorplan' and finally 'Add Floorplan to Project'."
