How to reset password / Forgotten password

Have you forgotten your password?

You can always reset your password if you have forgotten it. When you access CxPlanner's login page, you will see a text saying "Forgot password?" - click on it and enter your email.

You can also use this direct link here. Click here to reset your password.

Once you have entered your email and clicked "Reset password", an email will be sent to you with a recovery link:
Click on that link,
Enter your new password,
Then log in with the new password.

Resetting other users' passwords

If you are an administrator on your company's platform, you can reset users' passwords through the "Users" menu.
