This section shows you how to log in with your new user account and customize your profile. When logging in for the first time, you will have received an email with information about your new user.
In your welcome email, you'll find a confirmation link along with your password. First, click the confirmation link - this will verify your email address for further use with CxPlanner.
Once you've completed these initial steps, you can log in to CxPlanner. Simply go to the Login page
You’ll be greeted by the screen shown below, where you need to enter your login details and click "Login."
Use the email address and password from your welcome email. If you encounter any issues logging in, feel free to reach out to our support team via the pop-up window in the bottom right corner.
If you don’t want to use the pre-made password from your welcome email, don’t worry - it’s super easy to change.
Just follow these 3 simple steps:
Click your profile icon in the top right corner
Open "Account Settings"
Scroll down to "Password" and set your new password
