These video guides show how to locate assigned checklists and complete line items (checklist items) on desktop and on mobile, which is used when you need a quick walkthrough before working on site or at your desk.

- Your role must allow access to the checklists assigned to you.
- You can find checklists in the project under System & Test view (desktop) or in the mobile app checklist views.
- This does not change project settings. It shows how to open and complete checklists.

Video does not play | Network or browser blocks the Loom embed | Try another browser, allow Loom content, or follow the contractor getting-started guide |
No checklists appear | Nothing is assigned to you, or your role cannot see them | Ask a project Manager to assign the checklist, or confirm your project role |
Desktop and mobile look different | The two videos cover separate interfaces | Use the desktop video for browser work and the mobile video for the app |
