Use Claude-Cowork directly in CxPlanner

Overview: Claude Cowork plugin


The CxPlanner plugin for Claude Cowork connects your CxPlanner workspace to Claude so Claude can create and update tasks, assets, and structured workflows inside a selected project.

  • Your role must be company User or higher.
  • You can find the menu at Claude Cowork - Customize - add plugin, then connect your CxPlanner account.
  • This changes tasks, assets, and workflows inside the selected CxPlanner project.


All users can use Claude Cowork once the plugin is installed and their account is connected.


How to set up Claude Cowork


  1. Open Claude Cowork.
  2. Click the Customize tab on the left side.
  3. Add a new plugin.
  4. Upload or insert the CxPlanner plugin file: https://docs.cxplanner.com/mcp/claude-cowork-cxplanner.plugin.
  5. Connect your CxPlanner account from the sidebar login.


How to use Claude Cowork with a project


  1. Open Claude Cowork.
  2. Select or reference a CxPlanner project.
  3. Prompt Claude to create tasks, update tasks, generate assets, or expand outlines into structured workflows.
  4. Review and adjust the results in CxPlanner.
