Overview: project logo
The project logo in Project Settings lets you upload a project-specific logo that appears on reports generated for that project, which is used when you need the client logo alongside your company logo on PDF output.
- Your role must be Admin or Manager.
- You can find the menu at Project Settings - Project Data - Upload Project Logo.
- This changes branding on all reports generated for this project.
The logo is specific to one project. Upload it separately for each project that needs it. The company logo still appears alongside the project logo.
How to add a project logo
- Go to Project Settings in the left-hand menu (bottom of the sidebar).
- Click the Project Data tab at the top.
- Scroll to the Upload Project Logo section.
- Click Upload and select your logo file.
Results: project logo on reports
- The uploaded project logo applies immediately to future reports
- Both the company logo and the project logo appear on PDFs (typically at the top or in the footer, depending on the report template)
- You can replace the logo at any time by uploading a new file in the same section
Troubleshooting: project logo
Problem | Cause | Solution |
