Approval of submittals / document

Within the files module, you can activate "Approval of submittals" in any folder. The approval is designed for submittals but can be used for any file type, e.g., approval of design drawings, O&M manuals, etc.

Only users with the project role of 'Admin' or 'Manager' can change the approval status.

Go to the folder structure

To access the editing area navigate into the folder structure:

Activate approval for folders
