Create your own project tags
Organize and search your projects – your way
Managing multiple projects can quickly become overwhelming - especially when you rely on internal PO numbers, custom project identifiers, or other specific labels to track everything.
To make it easier for you to organize and locate your projects, we’ve introduced Project Tags in CxPlanner.
Project Tags let you add custom keywords to your projects - such as PO numbers, locations, departments, or client names. These tags are visible directly on the project list and allow you to search and filter your projects using your own terminology.
You can add as many tags as you like, and everyone with access to the project will see them. It's a simple but powerful way to tailor CxPlanner to fit your workflow.
Step by step guide:
Open your project and go to Project Settings.
Click on Project Data in the menu.
Scroll down to the Tags section and click on the small pencil icon to edit.
Add your tags – you can add multiple, separated by commas - and click Save.
Once added, the tags will appear on your project and can be used in the project search bar for easy filtering.
