How to re-import a template
You may find yourself in a situation where it is necessary to re-import templates for ongoing projects if your company has updated its checklists.
Fortunately, this is super easy to fix and can be done with just a few clicks.
Start by clicking on "System & Testview" in the left sidebar. Then, click on "Menu" and select "Bulk edit many items"

Once this is done, find the folder where you need to re-import the template.
In this example, we want to re-import a template for all checklists in the "KG ABS" folder.
If you want to select an entire folder, you can hold down "Shift" while clicking on the folder. This will select the entire folder along with all its sub-items.
After selecting all the folders where you want to re-import a template, click on the "Import Template" button and at last the "Re-Import Template" button

You don’t need to worry about disrupting the setup, as the system will automatically notify you if you attempt to import a template that has not been used before.
In other words, the re-import function does not allow you to import a completely new template over an existing one.
The re-import function should only be used if your existing templates have been updated.
