How to Resend an Invitation to an Internal/External User
Sometimes a user might not receive their original invitation email - this can happen due to spam filters, typos in the email address, or simply overlooking the message. In such cases, you can easily re-send the invitation to ensure the user gets access to the platform.
Step-by-step Guide:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Users" from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the user you want to re-invite in the list and click "Edit" next to the user's name.
- Click the "Re-send Confirmation" button.
