How do I install and log in to the CxPlanner app?


CxPlanner works seamlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. You can either use the dedicated app on iOS or Android, or access CxPlanner directly in your browser. Both give you the full feature set.


All users with a valid CxPlanner account can log in through the app or browser.


When and why to use this


  • Use the app if you want quick access with a clean, full-screen experience (no browser bar).
  • Use the browser if you prefer not to install an app or if you are switching between different devices.
  • Both options provide the same features: projects, checklists, tasks, and documentation.
  • For the best browser experience, use Google Chrome. Other browsers are supported but may have limited performance.


How to - step by step


Download the app

  1. Open your device’s app store.
  2. Search for CxPlanner.
  3. Download and install the app for free.

If you are using an iPhone and your company has SSO enabled, please follow this guide.


Log in to the app

  1. Open the CxPlanner app.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Tap Log in.
  4. You will be directed to your project overview, where you can start working.




Use the browser version

  1. Open your preferred browser.
  2. Go to [CxPlanner login]().
  3. Enter your credentials and log in.
  4. Start working in your project overview.


Recommended browser: Google Chrome


Behavior and results

  • The app and the browser have identical functionality - all modules, tasks, and documentation are available.
  • On mobile, the app hides the browser URL bar, which provides a larger workspace.
  • Your login credentials are the same across devices.
  • Projects and data are always synced in real-time between app and browser.
