iOS iPhone: Login with SSO
Overview: SSO login on iPhone
On iPhone, SSO users must open CxPlanner in Safari or another mobile browser, and can add a Home Screen shortcut for app-like access, which is used because the App Store app cannot complete third-party SSO login.
For the desktop SSO flow, see Log in with SSO (Single Sign-On).
- Your role can be any role in an SSO-enabled company.
- You can find CxPlanner at the browser login page on your iPhone.
- This does not enable SSO inside the App Store app.
How to log in with SSO in a browser
- Open Safari or your preferred browser on the iPhone.
- Go to the CxPlanner login page.
- Enter your email and continue through your company SSO provider.
How to add a Home Screen shortcut
- Open Safari on your iPhone.
- Navigate to the CxPlanner login page.
- Tap the share icon at the bottom center.
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
- Name the shortcut, for example CxPlanner, and tap Add.

Troubleshooting: SSO on iPhone
Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
Cannot log in with SSO | Using the native iOS App Store app | Open Safari or Chrome, go to the CxPlanner login page, and sign in there |
Shortcut does not open full screen | Shortcut was created outside Safari or with the wrong method | Delete the shortcut, recreate it from Safari with Add to Home Screen |
SSO login redirects repeatedly | Cached cookies or old session data | Clear Safari website data for CxPlanner, close Safari, then start the login flow again |
