Manage Email Notifications

Overview: manage email notifications

The Email notifications settings let you choose which update types CxPlanner emails you about, which is used when you want fewer inbox messages while still following the tasks (also called observations or punch list items) you are involved in.

Checklist and asset assignment emails also depend on whether you are assigned individually, by company, or by user group in the Responsible column.

  • Your role can be any role.
  • You can find the menu at Profile icon - Email notifications.
  • This changes which notification types are emailed to you. It does not change project assignments.

All users can manage their own email notification settings.

Notifications are only sent for updates on tasks you follow. You follow a task if you are or were assigned as responsible, you are tagged in a comment, or you wrote a comment or uploaded a photo.

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
