Sandbox - project

Overview: sandbox project

A sandbox project is a practice environment where you can test features, simulate workflows, or onboard new team members without affecting live data, which is used for training and experiments that must stay outside production projects.

Do not use sandbox data for official reporting or as a backup of real work.

  • Your role must allow creating projects.
  • You can find the menu at Home or Projects - Create new project - Sandbox checkbox.
  • This creates a practice project that does not count toward your project limit and is not included in platform backups.

All users who can create projects can create a sandbox project.

How to create a sandbox project

  1. Go to the Home page.
  2. Click Create new project.
  3. Fill in the project details as usual.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the project creation form.
  5. Check the box labeled Sandbox.
  6. Click Create project.
