Track project changes with the Audit Log

Overview: Audit Log

The Audit Log in Project Settings shows who made changes, what changed, and when, which is used when you need visibility into project activity or to investigate unexpected updates.

Retention depends on your licence.

  • Your role must be Admin.
  • You can find the menu at Project Dashboard - Project Settings - Audit Log.
  • This does not change project data. It shows a history of logged actions.

Only users with the project role Admin can access the Audit Log.

Audit Log history is an Enterprise feature. On a standard licence, history is limited to the last 3 months. Contact your CxPlanner contact person about upgrading for extended or unlimited tracking.

What CxPlanner logs

Each log entry includes timestamp, user, action type, and details of what changed.

How to open the Audit Log

  1. Go to your Project Dashboard.
  2. Click Project Settings.
