Bulk performing multiple checklists

Bulk performing of checklists allows you to execute multiple checklists at the same time whether it's bulk approving or failing them. This can be a real time saver if you have 100s of VAV boxes, and you can do the testing from the BMS station.

There's only two requirements for bulk performing:

1. Your project role must be Manageror Admin
2. The checklists must have the same template imported

Activating the bulk performer

Go for the Menu and active the bulk-editing toolbar. Now select the Bulk work.

How to bulk approve multiple checklists

When the bulk editing mode is enabled the 3 main differences are:

1. Click on PASS/FAIL/NA will execute that command for all the checklists.
2. Clicking the underlying yellow line opens this line item for all the checklist. That allows you to FAIL 1 and PASS 9.
3. The bottom yellow bar provides a detailed overview of all the checklists including the number of PASS and FAILS across them.
