Export checklists to PDF or Excel
Overview
How do I export a checklist from CxPlanner into a PDF or Excel file?
Exporting checklists lets you create a report that can be shared, printed, or used for further data analysis. You can choose between several export formats depending on your needs.
When and why to use this
Exporting checklists is useful in several scenarios:
- When you need a printable report for handover or documentation.
- When you want to share checklist results with stakeholders outside CxPlanner.
- When you need a spreadsheet for additional filtering, sorting, or analysis.
- When you want to include pictures, comments, or floor plan locations in your export.
Limitations:
- Only items that are checked (Pass/Fail) will be included in the export.
- Exports may look different depending on the chosen report type.
How to - step by step
- Open your project and go to the Checklists module.
