Export/download multiple checklists from the Asset module

How do I export multiple checklists at the same time in the Asset module?

This feature allows you to download multiple checklists as PDF reports directly from the Global test view. It is especially useful for documentation, handover, or sharing test results.

When and why to use this

Use this feature when you need to export several checklists at once.

• When creating combined documentation across multiple assets or levels
• When sharing test results with external stakeholders
• When downloading entire folders of checklists in one action
• The system generates PDF reports based on your selections
• You can choose different export formats depending on your needs

How to - step by step

1. Go to the Asset module in your project
2. Click on Global test view in the left sidebar
3. Click the menu option
4. Select Download PDF reports
5. Choose the folders you want to export
6. Open download options and select the desired format

Behavior and results

When exporting multiple checklists:

• The system compiles all selected checklists into one or more PDF files
• The structure of the PDF follows the folder structure from the Asset module
• The content includes: Completed fields, Signatures and Status (approved, temporary, rejected)
• The download may take some time depending on the amount of data
