How to add a note field to a checklist
When working with checklists in CxPlanner, there may be times when you need to add extra information or context that doesn’t fit into the standard checklist fields. A note field allows you to insert free text into your checklist - perfect for adding explanations, observations, or specific instructions related to a checklist item or process. This adds flexibility and helps ensure that important details are documented clearly.
How to add a note field:
- Open your checklist within the Template Center
- Click on Add test item
- Click on Actions
- Click on Note field
- Your note field will then get added and be ready for use
