Import a Word (DOCX) or PDF Checklist into CxPlanner
Overview: import Word or PDF checklists
Import converts Word (.docx) or PDF checklists into editable commissioning templates with CxAI, and also supports general PDF documents and migrations from CxAlloy or Facility Grid.
For Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet import, see the Excel checklist import guide. For PDF-only steps, see the PDF checklist import guide.
- Your role must allow Template Center import, and CxAI must be enabled for your company.
- You can find the menu at Template Center - Commissioning Test - Import Template - Import Files.
- This creates new checklist templates in your library. It does not assign them to assets until you import them into a project.
