Reset a line item / checklist item
How do I reset the status of a checklist line item in CxPlanner?
Sometimes a checklist item is marked incorrectly - accidentally set to "PASS," "FAIL," or "N/A." Fortunately, it's easy to correct. You can reset any line item, whether it's been marked or not.
Step by step guide on how to reset a line item/checklist:
- Click on the checklist item you want to change the status of
- Click the three small gear icons in the top-right corner
- Click delete - this will reset the line item
