Reset a line item / checklist item

How do I reset the status of a checklist line item in CxPlanner?

Sometimes a checklist item is marked incorrectly - accidentally set to "PASS," "FAIL," or "N/A." Fortunately, it's easy to correct. You can reset any line item, whether it's been marked or not.


Only users that have been made responsible for the checklist or users with the project role Manager or higher can perform this action.


Step by step guide on how to reset a line item/checklist:

  1. Click on the checklist item you want to change the status of
  2. Click the three small gear icons in the top-right corner
  3. Click delete - this will reset the line item
