Notes:

  • Admins have full control and can manage all parts of checklists.
  • Consultants can create and close tasks, but not those created by others unless assigned.
  • Designers and Contractors can only close tasks they created themselves.
  • Viewers can see tasks but cannot make any changes.

Tip:

If someone needs to edit or manage more checklist items, consider upgrading their role to Consultant or Manager based on their responsibilities.

Assigning checklists to persons, companies, and user-groups

You can assign checklists to specific persons, companies, or user-groups to control who is responsible for completing them. This ensures that only relevant users see and can complete the checklists assigned to them.

To assign a checklist:

  1. Locate the checklist.
  2. Choose whether to assign it to an individual user, a company, or a user-group by clicking on the relevant cullom (you'll receive a dropdown menu).

If one of the assignment columns (e.g. company, user-group) is not visible, you can activate it in the settings.

Assigned users will then see the checklist in their project overview and will be able to complete it based on their access level.
