Add comments to N/A Options in a checklist
Overview: comments on N/A options
The Comment on NA setting in Template Center lets you require a comment whenever a line item is marked N/A (Not Applicable), which is used when commissioning tests need a written reason for skipped items.
- Your role must allow access to checklist templates in Template Center.
- You can find the menu at Template Center - open a template - line item settings.
- This changes how N/A responses are collected on checklists created from the template, and what appears in exported PDFs.
