Add review comments and annotations to files
Overview: review comments on files
The review module lets you mark up documents and drawings with comments that can be assigned to responsible parties, which is used when design or document review needs a visual, traceable punch list of observations on the file itself.
- Your role can be any project member to add your own comments. Assigning comments to others requires Manager or higher.
- You can find the menu at Review module - open file - markup tools.
- This creates comments linked to locations on the file and can create tasks for assigned users.

Comment not visible to others | Comment is still draft, or project settings restrict visibility | Publish the comment, then check project review visibility settings |
Cannot find the file to review | Wrong project or folder | Open the correct project and confirm the file is in the review module |
