Select all files in the files module at once?

Overview: select all files

The Select All control in the Files module marks every file in the current view with one click so you can download, move, delete, or tag many files together.

It does not change permissions or create new files.

  • Your role must allow access to the Files module.
  • You can find the menu at Files module - file list - small + icon.
  • This selects files currently shown in the view or filtered results. It does not select files on other pages automatically.

All users with access to the Files module can select all.

How to select all files at once

  1. Go to the Files module in your project.
  2. Locate the top menu bar above the file list.
  3. Click the small + icon to select all files in the current view.
  4. Run the bulk action you need, such as download, move, or delete.
