Delete multiple checklists at once

How do I delete several checklists at the same time in CxPlanner?
Bulk deleting checklists allows you to quickly clean up your project by removing one or more checklists in a single action.
When and why to use this
You may need to delete multiple checklists when:
- Old or test checklists are no longer relevant.
- Wrong or duplicated checklists have been created.
- A project scope has changed, and certain checklists are not needed.
Key facts:
- You can delete one or more checklists at the same time.
- Deleted checklists cannot be restored - deletion is permanent.
- Make sure to select only the items you truly want to remove.
How to - step by step
- In the left sidebar, go to the module where your checklists are located (for example, System & Test view).
- Click Menu
- Choose Bulk edit many items from the drop down menu
- Select the checklist(s) you want to delete.
- Click the Delete options button.
- Choose the delete option that best fits your needs and confirm.

Behavior and results
When deleting checklists:
- The system immediately removes the selected checklists.
- Deleted checklists are no longer available in reports or PDF exports.
- Bulk edit mode lets you apply actions to multiple checklists at once.
