The Files module stores, shares, and tracks project documents and drawings, including uploads, revisions, folder access, notifications, and approvals.

Your role must be Manager or Admin for the full set of management actions shown in the video, unless folder permissions grant specific users or groups upload rights.
You can find the menu at Files module in your project.

Troubleshooting: manage drawings and files

Problem	Cause	Solution
Cannot upload a file	Your project role or folder permission does not allow upload	Ask a Manager or Admin to grant Write access on the folder, or to upload the file
Cannot see a file	No access for your user or group	Ask the file owner or a project Manager to grant Read or Write access
Uploaded file not visible to others	Access settings or notifications are incomplete	Update folder access settings and enable notifications for the relevant users
Old version still shows in view	Browser cache is showing a stale file	Refresh the page or clear the browser cache, then reopen the file
