How do I download multiple checklists at once in CxPlanner?

If you're working on several projects or need to create documentation, you can save time by exporting multiple checklists in one go instead of downloading each report individually. The bulk download feature allows you to quickly collect reports into PDF files for archiving, sharing, or reviewing.

When and why to use this

Downloading multiple checklists at once is useful when:

• You need to create reports for several checklists across one or more projects.
• You want to archive all project documentation efficiently.
• You need to share multiple PDF checklists with your team or external stakeholders.

System behavior to note:

• Each selected checklist will be exported as an individual PDF report.
• The system will generate a single download containing all selected files.
• Checklist permissions still apply - you can only download checklists you have access to view.

How to - step by step

Follow these steps to download multiple checklists:

1. Go to the menu in your project.
2. Select Extra download options.
3. Click Download individual reports.
4. Select the checklists you want to include in the export.
5. Click Download reports to generate and download the PDF files.

Behavior and results

• Each checklist you select is exported as a separate PDF file.
• The downloaded file will include only the data visible to your role and permissions.
