How to create a site inspection with a picture

There may be situations where you need to create individual inspections, and fortunately, it’s super simple.

However, we always recommend creating templates that can be quickly imported to optimize your workflow.
If you’re unsure how to create templates, check out this help page: https://help.cxplanner.com/en-us/article/create-a-new-checklist-template-9nl52t/

To create an inspection, navigate to the "Site inspection" module in the left sidebar and find the folder where you want to create the inspection.

Once you’ve located and opened the desired folder, scroll down and find the "New Observation" button.

In this case, we want to create a basic inspection that requires a photo.
Therefore, we provide a "Description" for the inspection, then open the "Details " section and check the box labeled "Take a photo before closing the task."

Note: Once this box is checked, the task cannot be closed until the required photo has been taken.
