How to reset password / Forgotten password
Have you forgotten your password?
If you're unable to log in because you've forgotten your password, CxPlanner provides a simple way to reset it from the login page. This process sends a recovery link to your email so you can create a new password and regain access.
Guide - How to reset your password
- Go to CxPlanner's login page ( or click here to reset your password)
- Click the Forgot password? link under the login field
- Enter your registered email
- Click i'm not a robot
- Click Resend password
Once you have entered your email and clicked "Reset password", an email will be sent to you with a recovery link:
- Click on that link,
- Enter your new password,
- Then log in with the new password.

Guide - How to reset another user's password (Admin only)
- Click on your Profile icon
- Click Users in the dropdown menu.
- Find the user in the list.
- Click the Edit or Reset Password option.
- A "reset password email" will then be sent to the chosen person

Troubleshooting
Problem | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
No recovery email received | Email went to spam or is incorrect | Check spam folder or re-enter the email |
Reset link expired | Link was not used in time | Start the reset process again |
Can't reset another user’s password | Not a Company Admin | Contact your Company Admin |
User never receives any email | Email not registered in CxPlanner | Verify correct user email |
