How to reset password / Forgotten password


Have you forgotten your password?


If you're unable to log in because you've forgotten your password, CxPlanner provides a simple way to reset it from the login page. This process sends a recovery link to your email so you can create a new password and regain access.


All users can reset their own passwords via the login screen.


Only users with the Company Admin role can reset passwords for other users.


Guide - How to reset your password


  1. Go to CxPlanner's login page ( or click here to reset your password)
  2. Click the Forgot password? link under the login field
  3. Enter your registered email
  4. Click i'm not a robot
  5. Click Resend password


Once you have entered your email and clicked "Reset password", an email will be sent to you with a recovery link:


  1. Click on that link,
  2. Enter your new password,
  3. Then log in with the new password.

Guide - How to reset another user's password (Admin only)


  1. Click on your Profile icon
  2. Click Users in the dropdown menu.
  3. Find the user in the list.
  4. Click the Edit or Reset Password option.
  5. A "reset password email" will then be sent to the chosen person

Email went to spam or is incorrect

Check spam folder or re-enter the email

Can't reset another user’s password

Not a Company Admin
