Login with SSO (Single-Sign-On)

Overview

If your company has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) login, you will be accessing CxPlanner through your company's designated security provider. In this scenario, you won't have a dedicated CxPlanner password, and the login process will be facilitated through your company's workflow.

Logging in via SSO

The workflow for logging in with SSO is as follows:

  1. Open CxPlanner and click on the login button.
  2. Provide your email and click "Next."
  3. You will be redirected to your SSO provider (e.g., Google, Microsoft, etc.).
  4. Sign in with your SSO credentials.
  5. After authentication, you will be redirected back to CxPlanner.

iOS devices

For logging in with SSO and iOS devices please see this article:

Problem signing in with SSO (can't sign in)

To test whether there's any problems please try this:

  1. Open https://app.cxplanner.com/login in an incognito browser.
  2. Typed in you email
  3. Press "Next"
  4. You should be redirected to your companies SSO login page.

Could you try these two options to rule out any problems or see if it's the laptop causing the issue:

  • Use an incognito browser to ensure there's no caching problem.
  • Log in on your mobile device.

If you are still having trouble then please try disable browser extensions which in some cases can play tricks.

Your account has been deactivated (SSO)

If you're seeing the following error message when trying to log in:

  • "Your account has been deactivated. Please contact your company's administrator."

Don’t worry - your account is active on our side. The message is related to how your organization manages access through SSO (Single Sign-On).

What does this mean?

Your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to manage access to CxPlanner. This means that your login and access rights are controlled by your internal IT team - not directly by CxPlanner.

If you're seeing this message, it's likely because your user account has not yet been added to the group of users who are allowed to access CxPlanner.

How to resolve the issue

Please contact your internal IT department and ask them to:

  • Add you to the CxPlanner access group in your company's SSO system.

Once your IT team updates your access, you should be able to log in without any issues.
