Re-import checklists in the asset module
Overview: re-import checklists
Re-import reloads the checklist configuration on an existing asset from the latest template setup, which is used when a checklist template has changed and one asset needs the updated structure.
It affects only the selected asset and checklist.
- Your role must be Manager or higher.
- You can find the menu at Asset module - Types: Assets - re-import icon.
- This changes the checklist structure on the selected asset.
How to re-import a checklist
- Open your project.
- Click Types: Assets in the left sidebar.
- Locate the asset that needs the checklist refresh.
- Click the circular re-import icon with two rotating arrows.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
- Open the checklist and verify the updated structure.

Troubleshooting: re-import checklists
Problem | Cause | Solution |
