How do I re-import a checklist in the Asset module?


Re-importing a checklist allows you to reload or update a checklist on an existing asset. This is useful when the checklist template has been updated or when you need to refresh the checklist configuration for a specific asset.


Only users with the project role Manager or higher can re-import checklists in the Asset module.

How to - step by step

  1. Open your project.
  2. Click Types: Assets in the left sidebar.
  3. Locate the asset where you want to re-import a checklist.
  4. Click the small circular icon with two rotating arrows next to the asset.
  5. Confirm the action if prompted by the system.
  6. Verify that the checklist has been re-imported correctly.




Behavior and results

When you re-import a checklist, CxPlanner reloads the checklist configuration for the selected asset. This is typically used to apply updates from the latest checklist template.
