Re-import checklists in the asset module

Overview: re-import checklists

Re-import reloads the checklist configuration on an existing asset from the latest template setup, which is used when a checklist template has changed and one asset needs the updated structure.

It affects only the selected asset and checklist.

  • Your role must be Manager or higher.
  • You can find the menu at Asset module - Types: Assets - re-import icon.
  • This changes the checklist structure on the selected asset.

Only users with the project role Manager or higher can re-import checklists.

How to re-import a checklist

  1. Open your project.
  2. Click Types: Assets in the left sidebar.
  3. Locate the asset that needs the checklist refresh.
  4. Click the circular re-import icon with two rotating arrows.
  5. Confirm the action if prompted.
  6. Open the checklist and verify the updated structure.
