Structure checklist and systems with new menus
If you have 1,000's of checklists or needs to divide them into specific groups, then you can either right-click on the checklist to create sub-menus, or you can create a complete new module.
Access the settings by "Menu => Settings".
Add new instance of the module
Change sorting order in sidebar
Update the name
Delete
The System and Test view gives you a superior overview of all assets, equiptments, systems and checklists.
When you are managing many systems and checklist, you might need to create specific zones where only specific sub-systems are visible.
The video below shows how to create a new sidebar menu from the overview - just right click on the item
Only users with the project role "Administrator" can perform this.
This method can provide a even more strict segmentation of data. You might want to completely split the Level 1 and Level 2 testing? Or the electrical and mechanical testing?
When you create a new instance, then all checklist created within this instance will be separated from the default view.
If you delete the instance later, all of the checklist will be move the default list.
