Are your Pop-Up windows shaking?

In some cases, you might experience that pop-up windows shakes when trying to import a template or perform other actions. This is most likely because you are zoomed in too far on your web browser. Try zooming out to at least 100%, and this should resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

How do I zoom out?

You can zoom out in a few different ways:

1. Click on the icon with the magnifier and click clear
2. Click on the "three dots" in the top right corner of your web browser. Here, you have many options, including "zoom".
3. Hold the "Ctrl" button and scroll up or down with your mouse.
