How to change a task type
Changing Task Types To change a task type, open the "punchslist items & tasks" tab on the left side. Once you have opened the "punchslist items & tasks" tab, locate the task you wish to change. In this case, we want to change the task type for the task with "ID 12" named "failed observation" OnFew readersShow and hide columns in the task view

You can create custom groups within the task view. This let you segment the task into groups and sub-groups for custom views. Create a single group Just right-click on the header and select "Create new group". Custom fields If you the "Custom fields"-plugin enabled for you company, then you can add custom fields tasks. Working offline
Loosing internet connection (working in a basement?) If you lose internet or go down into a basement, you can still work with CxPlanner. You can create new tasks and take pictures. Everything you do will be saved on your device and synchronized when you have internet again. Automatic upload CxPlanner uploads your registrations and pictures to the cloud immediately. If you have poor internet, CxPlanner will wait until the signal improves. Poor internet / Offline If you have a poor internet connection or make a registration offline, tasks and pictures will be saved on your phone.
