Rename photos within tasks

Make your documentation clearer and more professional

Photos are essential when documenting work and verifying tasks – but default filenames like IMG_0012.jpg don’t tell you much about what’s in the picture.

To help you keep things organized and meaningful, you can now rename photos directly within tasks in CxPlanner. A clear photo name not only improves your internal overview, it also makes your exported reports more professional and easier to understand.

How to rename a photo in a task

Open your project and navigate to the relevant task.
Click on the three dots in the top right.
Type in a new, descriptive name and click Save.

Your updated photo name will now appear both in the task and in your reports – making your documentation easier to read and work with.
