Uploading registrations and pictures to the cloud
Overview: upload tasks and pictures to the cloud
CxPlanner uploads tasks and pictures automatically when the connection is available, and stores them locally on the device when you are offline until sync can finish.
Pending uploads are visible only on the device that created the content.
- Your role can be any user who can create tasks or pictures.
- You can find pending uploads under the notification icon at the top of the screen on the original device.
- This moves locally stored tasks and pictures into CxPlanner cloud storage for the project.
How automatic upload works
- Create a task or take a picture in CxPlanner.
- If the internet connection is stable, the upload runs immediately.
How offline or poor-connection upload works
- Create a task or picture while offline or on a weak connection.
- CxPlanner saves the content locally on the device.
- When the connection returns, CxPlanner uploads the pending files automatically.
How to check pending uploads and upload manually
- On the device where you created the content, click the notification icon at the top of the screen.
- Review the list of pending uploads.
- Start any pending uploads when CxPlanner prompts you.

Results: upload tasks and pictures to the cloud
