How to Enable 2FA on Your CxPlanner Profile
To protect your account from unauthorized access, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA, you will need to enter a one-time code from an authentication app in addition to your password when logging in. This adds an extra layer of security and reduces the risk of your account being compromised.
How to Enable 2FA
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select "Account settings" from the menu.
Scroll down to the "2FA" section.
Scan the QR code using your preferred 2FA app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Once 2FA is enabled, you will need to use your authentication app to generate a one-time code each time you log in. This ensures that only you have access to your account.
